Instead of boasting about awards and accomplishments you’re not interested in, we’re taking the novel approach of actually giving you what you want — real answers to questions you’re probably wondering right now.

Will you return my calls and emails?
Yes. Absolutely. Without question.

We realize this is one of the major frustrations the general public has with dealing with agents. We get dozens of calls, texts and emails daily, and we work hard to reply as quickly as possible.

Do you have experience doing exactly what I need?
Most likely, but until you tell us what you need, we have no way of knowing.

We’re easy to talk to and we don’t like to be pressured into anything either so you don’t need to worry about that with us. We’re always happy to share what we know!

What kind of work are you really good at?
On a more personal note, Brian likes to fix things (he can fix anything…you’d be amazed!) and play golf. He’s had a lifelong battle with his golf swing but he’s always looking for an excuse to hit the links.

Sheralyn collects animals. Well, not really but any stray or homeless critter will find her in any given 500 mile radius. Not kidding. She’s the animal whisperer, tree hugger, nature lover you know where this is going.

On a professional level, here are the skill-sets that we’ve developed over the years:

Creative. Selling a home takes creativity and insight to be shown and marketed in its best light! The first impression is the best impression!

Detailed. Extremely important. Every transaction has timelines and terms that are going to be different. We do our best to always ensure a smooth and timely closing!

Listening. Everything we do is tailored to our client’s wants and needs. Effective and constant communication is key! Unfortunately, it’s a lost art these days.

Patience. Finding the right place to call Home can take time. If we need to show you 5 or 500 homes before the right home speaks to you then “WAHOO” we’ve done our job!
